Arthropodium cirratum Moonbeam is a colourful, compact perennial prized for its striking white-variegated foliage and neat, clumping habit. In spring, it produces delicate sprays of starry flowers, with pale pink buds opening to soft white, adding a light, elegant contrast to the foliage. Providing year-round interest, it is ideal for brightening shaded garden beds, borders, and containers. A hardy and low-maintenance choice, Moonbeam has low water requirements and prefers enriched, well-draining soil in the garden or a quality free-draining potting mix in containers. Feed with a slow-release fertiliser in autumn and spring for best results, and protect from hot summer sun and heavy frosts to keep plants looking their best.
